unreliable complicated complince

This is the worst ever decision I made opening account with this Compnay, they are freezing my account without any explanation ever I provide the pessary document I have asked. there is no customer service to call on email. only chat, and for sometimes they are blocking my chat portal . Also taking long time for each transaction receive to the client , in our case we are Import export company so we need deal with lots of shipping , always the payment was very late . you can not download the proof of payment each time you have to message them in chat take 3 days to send the swift paper for client . But they have very competitive exchange rate , to use unlimited good exchange rate you need to pay £1000 per month. its very expensive . Reviewed on: 10th December 2019
