Ahead technologically and customer service.

I’ve been using Revolut Business for nearly a year now, and I’m really impressed. The app is very user-friendly. I work with 5 banks, 4 of which are high street banks, and I was initially worried about customer service in a 'challenger bank,' but I've changed my mind. My points of contact have been quick, friendly, and efficient—much better than traditional high street staff, whose only reply to any question I may have had in the last year or so has been to 'go online.' Incidentally, we used to have 5 high street banks in our town until recently; they have all shut down, and some of them are way behind on their online platforms. For the moment, Revolut Business seems to be way ahead of the competition, both technologically and in terms of customer service. I can only highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free banking experience. Reviewed on: 16th January 2025

Excellent phone App and good value for money.

Excellent phone App and good value for money. Particularly good for multi-currency support / FX. Expense management and reporting is also excellent. Good integration with other Revolut accounts (e.g. Personal). Reviewed on: 16th January 2025

I really like Revolut Business!

I really like Revolut Business! This bank was a real lifesaver for me in the UK. Local banks are so slow and conservative, but Revolut is fast and easy to use. Their customer support is amazing – always quick and helpful. I really hope Revolut wins this award, they truly deserve it. Good luck, and thank you for making my life much easier!
