Unfortunately not a business bank

If you need a real business account, you’re out of luck with Revolut Business. They don’t provide stamped account confirmation letters (needed for some customers), still don’t accept SEPA files, don’t support batch payments (e.g. for salaries), can’t handle incoming B2B direct debits, and their KYC team is staffed by monkeys who will send you in circles for months, asking for random documents (sometimes in breach of privacy laws), and then block your account if you don’t answer within 1 day. Customer service is friendly, but essentially useless because the underlying operating foundations are not there. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Someone fraudulently opened a business at my address...

Someone fraudulently opened a business at my address and had a Revolut business card sent to it. Reported to Companies House and also to Revolut. After scrambling for a while online to find an email address, I emailed Revolut informing them of the fraud. I received a response a few days later asking me to follow a link to report the matter. The link asks for login which I couldn’t do as I’m not the account holder. Another email to Revolut who responded telling me to click the ‘forgot password’ link, which I did to go onto input several of my own personal details before it asked for an upload of my ID. I refused to do this and so another email to Revolut who insisted I needed to provide all info in order to report the matter. Yet another email to them to inform them that I won’t before they suggested that I use the email address on the same webpage, which happens to be the same email address I started with. Absolute joke of a company. I’m trying to do the right thing and aid them in preventing any loss they may have as a result of fraud, yet it’s absolutely impossible to do so without hacking into the fraudsters account. Excellent and intuitive business banking product

Simple and intuitive business banking account. The digital experience is excellent and functionality is incredibly intuitive within the app. The ability to create virtual cards are a huge plus and the overall customer experience is great. Reviewed on: 29th February 2024
