Revolut is an e-money institution which means you can take out an everyday account to manage your money in a range of ways.

You can send, spend, receive and hold a range of currencies. Customers get a physical debit card for everyday spending, a virtual card and a single-use virtual card that resets its details each time you use it.

Strong product, mixed support

Great bank overall with a very strong app and genuinely useful perks. It’s particularly excellent for international use, seamless payments, multiple currencies, and travel, which makes daily life much easier. The main downside is customer service. Support inside the app feels overly automated and impersonal, and resolving non-standard issues can be frustrating. This is especially noticeable when you’re on one of the highest paid plans, where you would expect more direct, human support.
