Useful features, but customer support could be faster

I've been using Revolut for a while now and I'm extremely satisfied with how intuitive the app is. The competitive exchange rates, the "Pockets" feature for saving, and the speed of peer-to-peer transfers make everything so much simpler. It’s my go-to account for traveling and online shopping.
