Great service, but needs improvements

The speed and convenience of the Revolut financial products are phenomenal. The customer service efficiency leaves much to be desired. The main problem with Revolut is extremely high penalising commission rates for cash withdrawals that force customers to keep the bulk of their money elsewhere. Also, one of the major inconveniences is the lack of easy and readily available ways to add cash to the account (as opposed to transferring it from another card/bank) Reviewed on: 16th March 2026
