Great app but customer support needs improvement

I’ve been using Revolut for my personal account and overall the experience has been good. The app is easy to use, transactions are fast, and I like the budgeting and spending insights features. It’s very convenient for everyday banking and international transfers. However, customer support can be slow at times, especially when you need urgent help. Comfortable app, all organised

Comfortable app, all organised , you easy can open saving account and pots for separate money and automatic your spending. For travel aboard you can change money for currency country and don’t lost in fee. Only poor customer service as it is AI and really difficult to get answer. Game changer

It is a great product for many reasons, easy access to my cash on holidays with great exchange rates. I save now, having never saved before and have vaults for my bills, holidays, birthday funds, Christmas etc. it’s all so easy to manage.
