Their customer service is literally the worst - they...

Their customer service is literally the worst - they do not really care about fixing the issue, nor do they have the power to do much, so you're bounced back and forth and they're very keen on getting the ticket closed regardless of whether the issue is fixed or not. If you have no problems, Revolut is cool and has a bunch of things to offer, but unfortunately I've had several different issues (insurance claims, perks not working, my savings account suddenly no longer gathering interest, etc.) and each time it seems like an uphill battle, and there's no compensation offered.
