best multi currency app, and best exchange, undermanned customer service though

Brilliant app I have used for the last 3 years. None as good. While living abroad for over a decade, tried transferwise as better than banks, then monzo, and finally revolut. Best of all of them. Best exchange rate, more currencies, tools like split bills etc. Only downside is that when they strated growing they did not increase their staff in the CRM dept. With a heavily undermanned chat. Run by bots, and if you are lucky long time later you get a person. This person gets itchy if you are not there and then for her/him, since superbusy only can spare you a few secs. From early 2017 to 1 year later you could see already the change. Then just got worse. Shame, they should really care about CRM more and man the dept properly. Great everyday banking and a life saver when travelling!

I use Revolut as my primary banking app. It helps me with budgeting and saving and, since I operate in a few currencies, it offers the fastest, safest and cheapest transfers out there. It's a life changer! Reviewed on: 27th January 2020

Great easy banking

Was advised of this bank by my daughter whilst on holiday. It was easy to track spending whilst abroad. Haven’t used yet for foreign currency but am able to transfer monies to save for holiday spending and use as a separate savings account. Easy to navigate the App. Happy customer.
