I don't really have any experience of customer service as I purchased insurance and never claimed for anything the only customer service I had was when I got the renewal cost which was more expensive than others so I have left Reviewed on: 22nd August 2025

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service when buying our motorhome cover, even helped us to secure a higher discount by including our no claims from car insurance, which our previous provider would not acknowledge. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2025

Fantastic Motorhome Insurance

Had a great quote initially. Only had to call them once for a breakdown and they were fantastic and organised everything, even the Police to close the lane. We felt extremely safe knowing that RIPE had everything under control. Come renewal time , they managed to bring down the cost from the previous year. Brilliant!! Reviewed on: 22nd August 2025
