Head and shoulders above the rest

Ripe stood head and shoulders above the rest in terms of quotes on a comparison site. Further to that Ripe's website is very user friendly backed up by prompt customer service. Reviewed on: 4th October 2024

£200 less then my previous insurance

I always say, you don’t really know how good your insurance company is until you have to make a claim, fortunately that is something I haven’t had do for many many years. I do feel that with Ripe, I am in good hands. My renewal price was £200 less then my previous insurer. Reviewed on: 4th October 2024

Ripe Camper Ins. Good but could be better.

I had problems convincing them I had no claims associated with my Camper van. I believe this was because I had sold a car and hadn't replaced it so their system thought I was trying to get inappropriate ncb. I had to wait until my insurance had expired and I received written proof before they would insure me. This makes you feel like a criminal trying to defraud them. Customer services were very supportive but could not get past the issue. I only continued with them as there was a very generous discount on offer. I am more than happy with the cover and the cost but they need to improve their fact finding. Reviewed on: 4th October 2024
