Good cover for price

Website questions have non relevant or misleading responses, telephoning to clarify issues revealed staff weren't capable of understanding the confusion, had zero knowledge of caravans and their associated equipment and simply referred to the website wording. Great price and customer service

I have a static caravan that was up for insurance renewal. After hearing an ad on the radio I got a quote online. Very very easy to do, the price came up cheaper than the others while still offering the same levels. I had to call to clarify a few things and couldn't have received better help. Even getting a call back swiftly. Just thought it was great to get a company that is competitive yet still has a service level that you can call up and not get automated answers.
