Poor customer service

Tried to make a claim (which I was late doing). Since my initial call it seems that all contact from Davies Group has been an attempt to not pay out. Asking for the same information time and time again. And several days between contact. Cost for the insurance was OK., but the service has been very poor Reviewed on: 22nd August 2025
