Very poor customer service, don't takeout a policy!

Very poor customer service called 3 times each time on hold over 50mins. No correspondence regarding claims etc... Not worth the paper it's written on. Looking for a new provider when they finally answer! Reviewed on: 23rd July 2020

Prompt at responding to queries and also efficient in changing our schedule and other insurance documents due to a recent change of storage location. Online account services are a bonus, though email and phone contact are also available if needed. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
