Required advice and help in moving savings for our Grandchildren into higher interest rate Saffron accounts. Zoe was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Zoe Collins, the best Customer Service Agent

The waiting time was non-existent, I was put straight through to Zoe Collins. Zoe listened to my request, immediately established I was a legitimate customer and then actioned my request without any delay. If only other banks, building societies or customer facing staff were as pleasant and efficient as Zoe. I would add, this was at a few minutes to 6pm or line closing time but it made no difference, the call was in no way rushed. Reviewed on: 4th November 2025
