Help for hearing difficulties.

I have hearing difficulties and am getting over a heart attack, I was a touch anxious over my wife being allowed to do the transaction with my permission. Kendra put me at ease and allowed all to go through after simple but clear security passes. Reviewed on: 1st April 2025

Good product but online app does not reflect the T’s...

Good product but online app does not reflect the T’s and C’s, so hard to manage account without contacting customer services or branch. Also slow to give customer maturity options - I received an email saying I would be sent a pack, but maturity is in 4 days time and I am still waiting. Reviewed on: 1st April 2025
