Annual Review

I was able to get a branch appointment when I needed it enabling me to discuss and get advice on the options for my three a/cs. I held, two of which were maturing I felt confident accepting the advice and pleased with the decision I made. The service was excellent.. Reviewed on: 29th April 2025

Good spot with a loyalty bonus

Some teething IT problems that probably weren't the fault of any one person (took three agents to resolve). Agent did notice that I had an existing account which would qualify for a better rate ISA. Reviewed on: 24th April 2025
