    So hard to set up an account. Couldn’t believe it. I had to wait in a physical bank twice for over an hour. And they... So hard to set up an account. Couldn’t believe it. I had to wait in a physical bank twice for over an hour. And they kept sending me letters that were asking me to do things I’d done two weeks previous.     Santander Very poor customer experience

    Opened a savings account after 4 weeks they closed my account for no reason and it took nearly 6 months to get my money back after contacting fcs
