On top form

For me it was great, I could do my ISA over the phone or post just as easy (as we all can't use mobiles/laptops), I'm over 80 now so I can't do saving online. The lady I spoke to twice was clear to understand and explained it easy, so I found the experience just great. Reviewed on: 18th November 2024

Very professional organisation

All staff friendly and will go that little bit extra to help. The staff in Troon are 100% and Lorraine in the Glasgow branch is extremely helpful and courteous. More member activities would be good. Reviewed on: 15th November 2024

In branch service review

I only dealt with the Society online. I feel the online presence could be better designed - it certainly did not appeal to the eye, a little bit clunky to use. Reviewed on: 13th November 2024

Efficient, excellent, friendly

Branch manager was very efficient. Friendly and most pleasant. Opening our account was very easy. We are existing customers and do not want internet access, we especially like the face-to-face meetings within a branch and the personal service. Reviewed on: 12th November 2024
