I don't understand why passbooks need to be issued for members bonds when no funds can be added or withdrawn during the term. A certificate would suffice. Reviewed on: 6th April 2020

The way the Society could do better is to open a branch in Kirkcaldy. I have to bank by post or get information by phone as I live so far away. However, customer service is very good. Reviewed on: 31st March 2020
