Best Credit Union by far - Looks after first responders

I’ve been with PCU since 2004 when I joined the cops. They’ve seen me through good times and bad providing much needed loans when I needed financial help, and now savings so I can give a bit back to help my colleagues when they need to borrow. They’ve always looked after me with an amazing first name terms personal service. PCU is the best. Reviewed on: 17th June 2020

Great for debt consolidation

I consolidated my debt with a loan from serve and protect credit union which gave me hope at a time when I was constantly worried about money. Fast forward several years and I now have several savings accounts with them instead! They helped me break the cycle of using my overdrafts and credit cards and to finally pay off my debt! Helpful and understanding

The whole process of applying for a loan was really easy and very quick, which I wasn’t expecting. It was all done electronically which was super convenient for me. I had to speak to the credit union a couple of times on the phone and I found the staff member I spoke with really, really helpful, friendly and understanding of my situation. Always there to help

I have had to contact PCU on a few occasions when I’ve needed help financially with car bills. Owning an older car has been a challenge at times to keep this most needed car on the road. It is essential for my job so has to keep going. In addition it is a very good way of having savings with their Regular and Flexible Savings accounts. PCU always very understanding and helpful. I have been a member of this credit union since I was working. I was able to continue a member after I retired and have found it first class with savings and dividends. Also, the ability to withdraw from savings vis the web is easy and first class. Reviewed on: 17th June 2020
