Very helpful

I have been with Sheffield Credit Union over 10 years now. They are really helpful, when ever I need a top up on my loan, it is quick and easy to do. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, they are understanding of situations. If you need to ask anything you can email, they get back to you the same day usually unless it's a bank holiday or weekend. Very happy with Credit Union Sheffield. Friendly and easy to apply

I am a first time mum and was struggling with the after effects of being a working mum but on maternity. When I went back to work I was behind on some payments as i had only had maternity leave. I applied for a low loan from credit union. Who were so helpful and understanding. Made the process very easy. Staff were very helpful and introduced me to other savings options they have. Always been amazing

I would always recommend Sheffield credit union to my friends and family they have always been so good and helpful from the application to receiving the loan. I also have a savings growing with them so when my loan is finished I have built some savings which will possibly continue. My family have used them for years and I understand why.
