Great customer service and low interest loan

Have a member of this wonderful credit union for a good while, 15 years to be precise and I would say its customer service is second to none. Every time I make contact with staff at the branch in person or by phone they're ever so helpful, respectful and approachable. The admin team is also very responsive and efficient. Amongst my favourite products is their low interest loans which I have taken numerous times for all sorts of things from holiday to home improvements. Affords accessible loans

I have had several loans over the years from a couple of hundred pounds to more substantial amounts. These have always been easy to apply for, I felt supported through this process and the outcome quickly known. SCU ensures repayments are manageable and although I have never got into difficulties with these feel if that was the case I could talk to SCU about the problem.
