Sheffield Credit Union takes me home

I can only highly rate the work done by Sheffield Credit Union. I save it all year around to allow my family to travel to Brazil to see family. Tickets are very expensive and I can only do it with the help and support of the Sheffield Credit Union team. Reviewed on: 20th June 2022

A life saver!

I have been a member for over 10 years after a debt advisor told me about credit unions. SCU has saved me from debts during bad times. I've had loans which have been repaid at very reasonable rates whilst I was able to continue to save. The online service is very easy to use and contact with the customer service is very good by telephone and email. They are always friendly and helpful. I've recommended SCU to family and friends, and some of them have opened accounts. It's a relief to know I have savings for emergencies, like when the washing machine breaks or anything like that. Especially now, when everything is costing more. It's difficult to save money on a small budget but it's worth it, and I feel proud of myself when I see what I have saved in my account. I have been a member of Sheffield credit union for a number of years mostly due to the friendly and reliable service. The loans I have received have been fair and quick I have been kept informed throughout the process. Excellent service throughout the years cannot praise the staff enough. Thankyou.
