Friendly and helpful

Not sure what the customer service is like to date, as theres not much face to face communication anymore, but over the years it's been amazing in general. Taught me to save my money and stopped me using hire purchase and loan sharks that I use to use alot when I was younger. Intrest rates are low and I like how they go down as your balance goes down which is how I believe it should be. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021
