Really good for when you need to build your life back after big fall and I truly done just that’s everything is back on track and I got my life back to normal because the have definitely been there for me when I don’t have anybody’s else to help me out with money issues really helpful people’s who deal with you and easy to make payments back without any stress I’m so grateful to them x Reviewed on: 10th June 2021

I was struggling to pay my rent and utilities so I came to credit union for advice and support in setting up a scuba account and I quickly paid off my arrears and stopped the eviction notice going ahead. They were a life saver for me. Reviewed on: 10th June 2021

The team at Sheffield credit union never make you feel like you dont deserve their time. They never rush you, they understand that I'm not asking for a loan for fun, I'm asking for it because like a lot of their customers i have desperately needed their support during covid. In this day and age it still surprises me when customer facing staff dont like people. If you dont like people dont be in a customer service role!! This is NOT the case at CU. They are lovely, understanding and non judgemental and sometimes that's just what you need. I cant rate them highly enough. thanks CU I wouldn't have got through covid without your support:) Reviewed on: 10th June 2021
