Excellent customer service and prompt response to customer queries

I have been a member of Sheffield Credit Union for some time now and i can say their services are second to none. Their customer service is excellent. The staff are highly professional and would respond to emails and other queries in less than 24 hours. If they miss your call, they always call back. Trust worthy

Since I have been with credit union I have got savings first time ever and I keep adding a little to it each week also loans the interest goes in to helping others and it's very low if you ever need to contact the staff at Sheffield credit union they are always kind and poilet, my being with credit union I'm not in debt I cant afford and got savings Reviewed on: 9th June 2021
