Pleased with services

Fast, reliable and great customer service

I cannot fault credit union at all. There fast and reliable with great customer service. If you need to speak to a member of staff someone is always at the end of the telephone to answer your call. Excellent service over the years!

I’ve used Sheffield credit union for over 15 years.. The level of customer service has always been outstanding no matter what my circumstances were. The staff have always been more then helpful and explain the decisions they make fully and clearly. I recommend them to everyone I speak to about money or finance - even if it’s just a passing conversation.
