Very helpful credit assistant

Have been a customer for many years now. They have always help with financial services. Explaining everything I have always needed to know about my account at any time through the years. Especially when I was going through bad times financially. Staff have always been helpful and very knowledgeable about any questions I had or problems had at any time. There when I needed them most

In 2018 I moved to Sheffield with my then partner and my chilren, and shortly after wards found myself needing to move again following my break up. I didn't have any money saved from the first move and a very poor credit rating - Sheffield credit union were able to offer the a loan which helped us when we needed it most. The staff are super friendly too, and I'm always recommending them when I meet anyone who is struggling or going through a rough patch. Reviewed on: 9th June 2021
