Started with Rotherham and ended up with Sheffield

I joined Rothersave, a Rotherham-based Credit Union around a decade ago. I was always made welcome and knew the staff on a first name basis. When to time came to amalgamate with Sheffield Credit Union, the staff and services remained exactly the same and became enhanced by some new procedures and benefits that Sheffield introduced. However, this was done with care and understanding and as time has passed, I feel totally comfortable with Sheffield Credit Union. I'm aware that it could have been a different story altogether, but thanks to Sheffield Credit Union, it was a seamless transition. Reviewed on: 24th June 2020
