Secure and easy to access

I have a monthly salary deduction set up and it is easy to manage my account online. Interest rates are very competitive for instant access accounts. Transfers are free and made within 24 hours. Great service particularly in the current times. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Saving at Sheffield Credit Union

Been saving with Sheffield Credit Union over a number of years ( 1 adult and 2 child accounts). We wanted to save with the Credit Union on account of the fantastic work it does. Our experience with the Credit Union has been great as there is a helpful website, regular communications and responses to emails when needed. Can’t fault it at all. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Had loans for sometime now. It's so easy to do the staff are very friendly and helpful explain every step of the way. Also they never give you more than you can comfortably afford to pay bank. Better than any bank. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

They have been there for me

This Credit Union has been there when I have needed help and the friendly staff have made asking for a loan not so daunting as sometimes approaching a bank can be. They are also very efficient in the processing of paperwork. They encourage me to save and I know my savings are safe with them.
