Saving without knowing

I opted in through work, the set up process was easy and fast. I chose a lump sum of my choice to be taken directly from my wages each month before I get paid. Just like Tax and NI I don't even notice it's gone and I learn to budget without it.. But unlike Tax and NI it's mine and when times fall hard or I fancy a treat I can withdraw it fast and easily.
