Avoid

This company is a joke! Over 7 days sending document after document. Keep calling customer service. What customer service so bad they do not know anything. Had enough given up they can keep there loan. I borrowed it interest free from my dad I'm lucky I could do that. This is the most unhelpful company I have ever had to deal with Reviewed on: 12th June 2021

outstanding representive, friendly service, always there to help...plenty of other services are optional

STF, are truly the most best financial service out there, nothing is too much as far as they can support and help you, there is even plenty of was to pay..at your door collection, through bank, over the phone, online...so easy to check your own account as well, ive been with STF now approx 8 years and wouldnt use any where else for sure.
