Review of the Simple Landlords Insurance, Landlord Insurance:

Bad customer service, ambiguous terms and conditions. Avoid at all costs!

Ridiculous service and when it comes to claims, they try and find ways to invalidate your claim. The actual broker who sells the insurance product is Great lakes and the company who manage the legal claims are legal management insurance(LIM). I took out the comprehensive landlord cover with legal expenses and rent guarantee. The policy wording is not transparent and they don't stick to their terms and conditions often finding ways to invalidate a claim - in my experience, this is not fair and the product is clearly missold. I would simply avoid a dodgy company as this and buy a better product although expensive. End of the day you are purchasing an insurance for peace of mind and clearly this hasn't been the case in my situation while dealing with a difficult tenant. AVOID at all costs! Simply the Cheapest, most of the time

Very easy to use their portal and very good value. I have never claimed on any policy so have not road tested their products at all. The cash back on Topcashback makes it even better.
