It was easy to set up a savings account. The information available was clear. I received emails to allow me to follow the progress during the setting up process. On maturation of the account, I received an email with clear information about what to do next and the options. Very happy with my choice. Reviewed on: 5th February 2024

Smart save offered the best market rate for the fixed rate bond (at the time). Experience was very positive. Application did not take long, staff were very responsive for any queries I had and website was easy to navigate around. I would highly recommend Smartsave. Reviewed on: 4th February 2024
