Fantastic support, Great products, Easy to navigate

I signed up for Tandem predominantly for their Autosavings feature - In the past 4 months I've saved enough to cover my entire Christmas including travel to various family members. Super easy to set up and great customer support if you have any questions. I'm now a credit card customer as, and I love the spending money features through the smart AI and account aggregation. 10/10 recommend. Reviewed on: 4th December 2019

Totally useless!

Totally useless!! I disputed a fraudulent transaction. They asked for more info, I sent this 4 times! and they then sent me another letter stating they hadn't received any further communication and have closed the case. It has now surpassed the time limit for them to dispute, so I'm now liable to pay this fraudulent transaction. I will be cancelling my card and going elsewhere. The worst company I've had the misfortune of dealing with. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2019

4 days to reply in a chat for credit card identity verification. In Halifax the process gets done in the same day. Didn't get a chance to try the card. Reviewed on: 18th November 2019
