I used Sportscover Direct following the death of my partner abroad. The customer service was great and I received a lot of help in difficult circumstances. My only complaint is the repatriation process was slow and I am still awaiting payment for my travel claim. Reviewed on: 31st July 2024

simple quick online process to purchase policy and at a reasonable price. coverage options are comprehensive, well thought out for traveling as a competitive athlete. never had to make a claim thankfully but clearly laid out how to go about doing it and how to seek help in an emergency.
