Love Starling Bank.

Sustainable, reliable and easy to use

It was so easy to set up my Starling account and I love all the features from classifying my business costs, to spaces so I can allocate funds as needed. So easy to use and great graphs showing expenses by categories too. Not to mention it aligns nicely with my green values. Reviewed on: 1st April 2023

DO NOT BANK HERE

DO not bank with Starling. They have all but ruined my business and do not care. In fairness everything is great until its not. But when its not its really really bad and they wash their hands of you. Bricks and mortar banks are old and slow but at least they care! Reviewed on: 1st April 2023

So supportive - makes banking easy

Having had business bank accounts for many years, I was expecting a complicated process to apply and get approved - not at all with Starling! Best Bank for small start up nonprofit!

We heard of Starling as our family had opened accounts and found the experience really simple. When we started the company we looked at a few options for startups in the charity sector, we liked the idea of cooperative bank, but found the process clunky and overly complicated. Starling was simple, straightforward and free. After sharing our business plan and answering a few questions, the account was open and we could start trading. Since then, our experience has been flawless, it’s quick and easy to use, the app always works (unlike other banks). We love it! We’d love it even more if you introduce an expense card system for staff (we use Soldo right now). Reviewed on: 1st April 2023
