Easy to setup an account, can pay in cheques by phone, cash at the Post Office. Easy to access the online banking, the app works really well and not had a single problem. What’s not to like?? Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Perfect for my small business

The app is so easy and intuitive to use. I have literally never had a problem or reason to complain. It does everything I need and makes managing and monitoring payments in and out simple. The best bank ever

The high street banks comes with so many complications and restrictions especially for small businesses. The process was quick and simple and the App is easy to work around and understand. Wish I had found Starling years ago. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Stress free banking

Very happy with Starling, easy banking, clear and a great app to go with it. Shame they are not part of the LSB but hopefully that will come. Customer service is great, ver y helpful quick to resolve anything and easy to contact and talk too. I would highly recommend Starling Bank and I am very pleased I took my accountants advice and made the switch to Starling. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

I started my business during lockdown .(north west cherry pickers Ltd) and asked my bank I’ve been with for 20 years for a business account ,6 weeks later still no reply and struggling to trade with no business account. A friend recommended starling so thought I’d give it a go ,low and behold 1 week later all up and running with starling. Just brilliant .I like starling as if I need to contact them it’s straight through ,no waiting for 30 mins plus with my personal bank (NatWest ). Absolutely trust and highly recommend starling .
