Love Starling Bank.

Great Business account!

I love Starling! I switched from my previous business account (I won't name names) about a year and a half ago and they have been excellent. Everything is laid out very well on the app and navigating the menus are a breeze. I get constantly updated when things enter or leave my account and all transactions are very secure going through the app for confirmation which is peace of mind. I haven't had to use customer service yet which tells its own story but I'm sure that is excellent too. I'm very happy with Starling, keep up the great work! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Zero Hassle Business Banking

Night and day compared to previous bank

I was with Lloyds before. Processes were slow, support was often not supportive, and there was a lack of integration to how I did business. Totally different scenario with Starling. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

High Street Bank who!!??

Starling - absolutely brilliant, easy to use, fantastic customer service even when I called from abroad! Have recommended to friends and clients all of whom have fed back how impressed they have been. Contrast that with high street banks desperately trying to catch up with challenger bank offering whilst still offering poor customer service, interminable auto call options and a cant do attitude.
