High Street Bank who!!??

Starling - absolutely brilliant, easy to use, fantastic customer service even when I called from abroad! Have recommended to friends and clients all of whom have fed back how impressed they have been. Contrast that with high street banks desperately trying to catch up with challenger bank offering whilst still offering poor customer service, interminable auto call options and a cant do attitude. A great modern online bank

Starling has a great app and everything is laid out well and easy to use. The online cheque submission process is a real timesaver. Starling treat their customers as adults and the whole feel of the bank is a refreshing change from the rather old fashioned 'big 4'. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Easy to use and responsive service !
