So easy and great service

Such a customer friendly app, perfect account for overseas travel and the one occasion I had an issue, customer service was fast and responsive Reviewed on: 1st February 2023

Brilliant customer service

Contactable 24/7 easy to contact by phone. Have both personal and business banking with them and the app is so easy to use and interact with. No charges either for failed direct debits. Would recommend them to anyone. Even though online bank you can pay money in at the post office. Reviewed on: 31st January 2023

Doesn't do as it promises

So easy to do business with!

Starling are the best bank I've ever worked with. They are intuitive, helpful and robust. I've never had a single issue with them and whenever I've had a question, I've been able to speak to a real person who has fixed it or helped me straight away. I recommend them to everyone! Free, what more do you need to say

After struggling with my old business bank to add a new signatory and being charged every month despite company account being in credit I turned to Starling. The application process was simple and quick, they added both directors to the account straightaway and managed the entire account switching process. The account itself is dead simple to operate and the "Spaces" are brilliant for putting the VATMan's and Taxman's share aside. The app works well and is easy to use. And it's free for small businesses in credit. Need I say anymore. Reviewed on: 25th January 2023
