Fast responsive customer service

Starling bank is a very supportive, customer oriented and fast responsive bank. Customer service and response to enquiries are second to none. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to listen. So far best bank in England I came across. Additional it UI (app) is best in class in terms of intuitive input and easiness to access. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Quality of service

The process to open my new Starling business account was straightforward, efficient and timely. The functionality of the app is very good. My transactions are available to view in a matter of seconds after logging into the app. I can add invoices, notes or receipts to transactions which is very useful for tax and business review purposes. To date everything has run very efficiently. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Good on line banking App. Easy to use and very quick.

I find the ability to write notes and to attach invoices/receipts against income and expenditure very good, and of great benefit on producing reports for my Accountant. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Probably the best bank out there!

If free business banking wasn't enough to encourage you to switch, there's also the best support a bank can give, with their very helpful and responsive staff who are very eager to help with all my many questions and (a few) problems. Couple all that to an app that's like no other banking app you've seen so far, and you've got a winning combination. At first I wasn't sure about my switch because I'd never really thought that a lesser-known bank could even compare minimally to the main ones - but oh, was I ever pleasantly surprised to find that Starling is in fact better than any of them - can't recommend them enough! Streets ahead of the big banks!

Helpful, innovative and free

I've had customer support from senior managers in the business. The app is very easy to use and is informative. It has useful functions such as spaces to split your funds in the same account. Starling seems to be constantly innovating to improve what it does. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022
