Refreshing Bank!

Easy to set up and very quick. Its so easy to manage my account online via the app. I haven't really needed someone to speak to or walk in and for some that may take some getting used to but its ok. My only slight issue is with Royal Mail who are not fully equipped to receive money as this is where you have to pay in cash. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a new account and easy experience. Starling are a breath of fresh air compared to the large high street bank I have been with for years

Good customer service. Not waiting in endless queues for lack-lustre support. I tried to set up a new business account with a major bank (hsbc) with which I had been an existing business customer for 13 years, but they were extremely difficult to deal with (unresponsive in resolving issues). I set up the business account with Starling instead, where an excellent proactive case manager guided me seamlessly through the process. I intend to see how the first 12 months go with Starling and then switch my existing business and personal accounts from hsbc. They have become impersonal (even at branch level) and I feel that they no longer deserve my business. Reviewed on: 11th January 2022

Absolutely Fantastic Bank Accout moved from Santander : )

I moved my business from Santander and it was the best move I made. Starling is a fantastic bank and for the last 9 months I have been with them they have to help me run my business with the app being easy to use and very updated more than any other bank. I have recommended starling to over 15 people and they have all said the same it's perfect for banking and easy to contact them 24/7. Reviewed on: 11th January 2022
