A smooth switch

I received the offer to switch my business account to a choice of several others. I chose Sterling and found the whole process very easy. Sterling did all the work. Any of the questions I had were quickly and succinctly answered by the online chat. That was particularly well done because, in contrast to my former bank, the person typing could actually write grammatical English and explain what I needed to know clearly. Although a new customer I am already a big fan of their efficient and clear service that makes me feel the bank is able to give a more personal service even though it is on the other end of my phone app!
