Very thing has been so easy

From opening my accounts to using the app and keeping on track with payments, it's been a breeze. Very pleased Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Simple, quick, efficient

I needed to open a new business account during 2020. I have banked with Lloyds for over 40 years and have a business account with them too. They said words to the effect we are not opening new accounts as we want to guarantee a service to existing customers during these difficult times. So, 40 years loyalty counted for zilch. As a Starling private customer I opened a Starling business account. One or two necessary checks and we were quickly open. I’m please to report our new business has secured contracts in South Africa and Central Europe already. Well done Starling for helping us to grow quickly. Glad to be on the journey with you. Keeping things simple!

Having recently started my own business I've had to wear many hats, not being a naturally organised person by nature I've had to adapt with being just that...organised. Starling bank business/personal account and the app make life so much easier and lay it all out in an up to date and easy way to keep track of things with notifications, pie chart breakdown of your spending etc etc. The future of banking! Business Account

Quick and easy albeit, thorough and well thought out, needing a brief business plan as part of the process and making new banks g customers, existing or new (and especially small business owners) consider some aspects of their business they may not have otherwise thought about (or certainly considered for a while). Easy to set up

Very straight forward to set up with messages relaying in the app itself. Nice and simple layout and easy to use. I set up for my new business and was that impressed, I set up a personal account as well and then got a colleague on board for another business account. How business banking should be - other banks take note

With experience of other business banking products on the market, I'd say, without hesitation, Starling is miles ahead of the competition and their product is exactly how business bank accounts should be. Other bigger, longer established banks should take a look at their own products...they could learn lessons from Starling.
