Fantastic account and suits my video business

Starlings saved my bacon when I was coming to the end of a free trial from Clydesdale bank when I was going to have to pay a lot a month to keep it. I honestly don’t believe in this since I don’t make much money and my income is t guaranteed every month. I wanted something honest and fair and starling is just that. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Excellent customer service

I have been bowled over by the customer service I’ve experienced with Starling Bank. They respond to messages or emails within minutes and even phone calls. After having had negative experiences for years with the RBS, I cannot praise Starling enough. I have now persuaded family members to swap over to them as well. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Saviour in difficult times

Excellent free business banking

I was a long time user of Barclays for business banking and Monzo for personal banking. When Monzo announced a Business banking service I signed up for the preview to try it and at the same time looked around in the market and found that Starling was offering this as well, for free. I signed up to that too and ended up liking it so much I moved both my business banking to it from Barclays and my personal from Monzo. It's easier to do things even during the weekends, and integration with FreeAgent which I use for my business is also great. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Scab for small business

Super easy to setup - just be aware that you must link your business account to a personal account - I Had all my money frozen as I was unaware I couldn’t use a personal account for sole trader purposes. This was a nightmare to resolve but fortunately didn’t significantly impact me as they did unfreeze my account after I had to get a customer to explain why they sent me two lots of money.
