joining easy and a great bank

So glad I switched from RBS Business

I think the Starling Business Account I have signed up to is a much better package than the RBS one I was with for 10 years. The app is slick, user friendly and feels like someone in the development side of it has actually listened to what the customer wants/needs and implemented it. I had a little bit of trouble during set up due to my inept IT skills but the customer service agent sorted it out quickly and professionally and I wasn't on hold for 40 minutes before someone blamed COVID for the long wait. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service so far and let's be honest, we are talking about a bank here. As long as they don't lose your money, that's a good thing. Starling is better than that and I would not hesitate in telling my friends to move from the old school banks. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Refreshingly easy

Not stuck in the dark ages

Starling bank have been revolutionary in their thinking of what customer want now days, which has led us to move all our business over to Starling, They is no red tape, the app is simply perfect and you can get hold of them without any issues/excuses and get things done - BANKING PERFECTION ! Top Bank
