I love them

Instant notifications and a clear app, easy transactions. Went from Lloyds after seeing their advert on the side of a London bus and I have loved every moment. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

So much better than the high street banks

I run a small businesses and Starling offers me free banking services with an intuitive app, with transactions automatically synced to my accountancy package. A better account than I was paying £7/mo for with a high street bank until this year. As I was already a Starling personal customer, opening the account was as simple as filling in a form - no need to meet a branch manager as with high street banks. No complaints at all so far! First class service

Best banking and customer service we have ever experienced in the UK

Works just like a bank should, never experienced any exception. We had to contact Starling only regarding bug in App and the customer service was excellent ! We did not need to contact Starling, as there was nothing we needed to contact for. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Easy, smart banking

I signed up to Starling because I wanted to ‘practice what I preach’ in terms of modernising services I use and recommend to my clients. Starling is clear, simple and fast, plus makes my company feel slightly more future focused than it would have with a crusty old bank from the past.
