Great user experience

The Starling Bank user interface is built for people. Which sounds obvious as all interfaces should be, but many other banks seemed to be designed for other computers! The ease at which you can track your spending, get alerts to upcoming payments and set spending goals, is a joy. I highly recommend Starling Bank. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Excellent service and continuing to develop.

The mobile app is excellent and now there is a web browser option, which, I expect, will continue to develop. There is good support for the account and it has all the features I need for my business. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Refreshing change and electronic ease

Uncomplicated Business Banking

Ive been using Starling Business after experiencing a Starling personal account, and having been with another bank and business account for 11 years. Starling as been a breath of fresh air, the app is simple, lets me pay with apple pay from my business account, I can much more easily manage my spending, and It seamlessly syncs with my accounting platform, even before and better then the now open banking solutions available. Im very happy, and seriously considering using it in full as my only bank, for business and personal. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Super easy to use, great alerts and free great for a small business

It was very easy to set up, the app is easy to use and was up and running fast. I love the alerts when I've been paid or I've paid out, and helps me reach more customers than ever before. A bank that understands small business

Having been a customer of high street bank for years, i would never go back. I used to be charged opaquely for a poor service; The Starling service is slick and efficient and if i need to speak to someone, i'm treated like a fellow human, rather than an inconvenicence.
